- Price range: Filter by minimum and maximum price

- Revenue: Filter by minimum monthly/annual revenue
- Tech stack: Find projects built with specific technologies
- Sort by: Newest, price (low to high), popular, revenue (high to low)
Evaluate Listings
When reviewing a project, check these key details:
- Project description: Does it match what you're looking for?
- Screenshots: Visual quality and completeness
- Tech stack: Technologies you're comfortable with
- Revenue metrics: If provided, verify they make sense
- Seller profile: Check their other listings and history
- What's included: Domain, source code, data, design files, social accounts, etc.
Making Offers
Found a project you like? Make an offer to start the conversation:
- Offer amount: You can offer any amount (below, at, or above asking price)
- Message: Explain why you're interested, your timeline, and any questions
- No commitment: Offers are non-binding until you pay
- Negotiate: Seller can accept, reject, or counter your offer
Negotiation Tips
- Start with a reasonable offer (10-20% below asking is common)
- Be respectful and professional in your messages
- Ask questions about the project before finalizing
- Clarify what's included in the sale (domain, code, data, etc.)
Payment & Escrow
Secure Payment Process
Once the seller accepts your offer, you'll proceed to payment:
- Click "Proceed to Payment" in the chat
- Review the final price (negotiated amount + 5% platform fee)
- Pay securely via Stripe (credit card, debit card)
- Funds are held in escrow for 7 days
7-Day Escrow Protection
Escrow protects you by holding funds until you confirm receipt:
- Seller transfers code, access, and assets to you
- You have 7 days to verify everything is as promised
- Click "Confirm Receipt" when satisfied → Funds released to seller (sale is final)
- If issues arise, contact support within 7 days BEFORE confirming receipt
- Auto-release after 7 days if you don't confirm (sale becomes final)
Buyer Protection
We protect buyers through multiple mechanisms:
- Escrow protection: Funds held for 7 days so you can verify everything
- Dispute resolution: Contact support within 7 days if there are issues before confirming receipt
- Dispute resolution: Our team mediates disputes between buyers and sellers
- Secure payments: All transactions processed through Stripe (PCI-compliant)
- Seller verification: We verify seller accounts and monitor for suspicious activity
Red Flags to Watch For
While most sellers are honest, watch out for these warning signs:
- ⚠Unrealistic revenue claims (e.g., $10K/month with no proof)
- ⚠Refusal to answer questions or provide details
- ⚠Pressure to pay quickly without proper review
- ⚠Vague descriptions or missing key information
- ⚠New seller account with no history
